Healers Are Not PvPers… What?!
The player versus player aspect of World of Warcraft is something that many people engage in to get better gear to simply for the enjoyment of pwning some face. In most occasions of PvP, healers are necessary to turn the tides of battle by keeping key people alive (for example, the flag runners in Warsong Gulch and Eye of the Storm).Creedance of the Daggerspine server had the nerve to write a post that is an insult to all healers in the game.
Actually I am a big fan and always have been of not allowing healers in BG’s to begin with. How fun is it to get the best gear in the game and waste half your mana to kill a warrior only to have a stupid freaking healer heal him completely with two heals? WTF, whats the point of getting good damage gear? Healers should not be allowed in BG’s EVER. If you want to heal then go raid. You are NOT a pvper if you heal, and yes I have a 70 priest and I still feel this way.
There’s no doubt that there are plenty of morons in the WoW forums and there’s no doubt that this guy is one of them. His post even got the attention of Naethara, the Blizzard poster.
You’re right. We should extend this to PvE too. You’re not a PvEer if you heal either.

She has a point. By the same reason, don’t you think those dungeon bosses are similarly annoyed when they get the main tank of the group down to a certain level o health only to to healed up to full by the group’s healer? And then we have the nerve to get their loot too. This post is obviously what we call a QQ (a post made to complain or cry about something) and it’s a poor attempt at that. If you can’t deal with healers in PvP then you don’t deserve the honor you get from doing it.

Wow, that guy is a moron. He must either a) be the one who doesn’t get heals in BGs and he’s sour about it or b) doesn’t think to target the healer first instead of spending time and mana beating on a warrior.

Yeah. I’ve seen many idiotic posts in the forums before but this guy takes the cake. What makes this post even more moronic is that he says he plays a priest.
