Item Spotlight: Blue Suede Shoes
I was just browsing around thottbot looking at cool gear I most probably won’t ever have and I came across one piece of gear that made me giggle. It’s a piece of cloth foot gear that drops off Kaz’rogal in the Caverns of Time: Mount Hyjal encounter. It’s the Blue Suede Shoes!
Aside from having some nifty stats, it’s worth writing about because of the reference to the Elvis Presley song. The “keep off” note on the item is just hilarious. It’s also funny that some big meanie boss from one of the hardest instances in the game at the moment drops something hilarious like this. I salute Blizzard for inserting their usual brand of humor into the game in as many places as possible.

I’m a fashionista & I find the blue swede shoe gorgeous but would not dare wear it— it’s deadly.
It’s nice to know though that fashion can be magical.
