Keys For Heroics Easier To Get In 2.3
What people thought was a bug is actually an intended change concerning the heroic keys in the 2.3 PTR.
That’s intended. It was a late change so the patch notes haven’t been updated to reflect it.
In patch 2.3, only the Honored reputation is required to purchase the keys for the Heroic difficulty of the Outlands dungeons. Currently players needed to the Revered reputation to do this, making it quite a grind for some players. But isn’t that the point? It isn’t called heroic difficulty for nothing. The honored reputation is easy enough to obtain and could very well be done as a fresh 70 or even before.
On the other hand, I doubt that the heroics are going to get any easier. One will still need the right gear to survive inside. Of course, doing heroics with friends or guildies who are already well geared could help bypass this but of course this is no guarantee.
