The Public Test Realm and Pre Made Characters
Elih Hecht from WoW Insider wrote a post about announcement by PTR community manager Hortus that premade characters will be available for the patch 2.3.2 PTR. A premade character is a level 70 character currently decked in season 2 arena gear and badge of justice gear. This means that the character will be geared well enough to test whatever needs to be tested whether it’s a change to spells, talants or even testing new content.
I’ve always wanted to try out the PTR but for some reason every time I get around to doing it I never seem to get it right. I’ve downloaded the file of the blizzard downloader many times in the past but when I try using it I always get stuck at 0%. But anyway, like I said I always wanted to try out the PTR and like Hecht, it’s not to try out new content. I’ve always wanted to see what it’s like to have a level 70 character of other classes. Right now my only 70 is my mage so it’s should be fun seeing what other classes could fun for me at 70. I wanted to try out being a 70 holy paladin and a 70 feral and balance druid. Oh what the heck, it would be nice to experience having a level 70 of each class! But the PTR seems to be the only way I could experience that at the moment.
Which classes and specs would you most like to try out if you joined the PTR?
