To See Those Lowbie Quests Again… Perhaps
I’m sure there were times while leveling up when you abandoned a quest because you found it too hard and went back to it later when you were much higher level for kicks. Or maybe you missed out on a quest while leveling and you want to do it. The problem we have in these situations is that it’s hard to find the quest giver without that big yellow “!” on him since npc’s currently don’t show it to players who are too high level to gain experience from completing it.
Tenehuini from the WoW EU forums asked if there’s a way to make the exclamation point appear to high level players and got this response from the Blizzard poster Aeus.
There isn’t at the moment. The suggestion was made before to make this possible; who knows, it might still happen.
It’s not something really important but it’s something that would make life easier for those guys who find themselves in a situation where they’d return to doing these lower level quests. My suggestion is to make it a toggle function in the player options so that players can turn the option on and off. The devs could also make these quests have a “!” of another color like pink or something to differentiate them from the ones that are around the player’s level.

Being someone that has tried to go back and do lower level quests, this would help out so much. It is extremely time consuming because you don’t know who has the quests so you have to talk to every NPC.
For the Blizzard WoW team this would also be something fairly easy to add into the game. Hopefully we will see this one day and I’ll be jumping for joy when it does come!
