WoW Heroes: An Improvement On Armory?
Every time I go to the forums, there always are topics about how to improve your character’s gaming experience whether it be about gear, play style, talents or anything else that affects your character. You can always go to the official forums, WoWinsider, Wowhead or whatever useful site you might come across (like WoWobsessed?).
There’s a new website in town and I think it can be really useful for us all. It’s called WoW Heroes! It’s sort of like the WoW Armory but made even more user friendly and more geared towards helping players make their characters better. According to their description from World of Raids,
It’s an online tool that will look up your character’s important data (it’s using the armory to check your character’s info), put it in an easy to read format, and it will then suggest you several improvements to maximize your character’s effectiveness.

They have some very interesting features to help the clueless player like checking for empty sockets, enchants, and suggesting gear for your character and which dungeons to get them in. This probably isn’t meant to replace the armory since it relies on it for their information, but it sure gives a little bit extra giving it the potential to be a more popular character profile site to use in sharing character information.
